In nineteen ninety one the  first raw audio production was completed in an effort to provide a sound track for the Ensenada fish & fiesta. Loco Productions had dabbled in many different projects including it's first internet website in ninteen ninty seven for The Mexico Cup Golf Challenge. Shortly after the first website was develpoed, it was obvious the internet would be the home of Loco's future Baja California projects. |
